light it up

HAPPY NEW YEAR! IT'S 1/1/2006. kindly remember to write 2006 AND NOT 2005. its a NEW YEAR! its 6 and not 5.
on 31/12/2005( last day of the year) i went to clarke quay to watch the fireworks! i reached there about 11pm and started waiting till 12am and HAPPY NEW YEAR! I saw fireworks. and the fireworks lasted for around 10 minutes. thats very long! okay la. then got alot of pattern. They were very nice and LOUD! Light travels faster than sound. haha. So you will see the light and then hear the sound. Then when you see something rising high up up up in the air, you will know that you will hear something very very loud soon. and i used my lousy camera phone to take a picture which is super blur and super not nice but still i will post it on my blog.
yea. then today i went to temple to pray. we went 2 temples. one is near clementi. got one super duper big big statue of gautama siddharta. then the other is a very very famous temple. if you are buddhist i think you will know. yep. i dnoe how to spell the name.
but before that, i went to YUM CHA. i have never been to there before. and actually the place its not very nice. haha. i imagined YUM CHA to be some high class restaurant because there's a lot of advertisement. Then, we took lift up. When we reached 2nd storey, there's a bag of garbage in front of us. And we walked away and took staircase. i took the menu of YUM CHA home. so if you want to know the price of whatever dish, just ask me. i stole it from the trolley!
and my cousin knows the colour turquoise. and to think i only know how to pronounce this word this year. or rather i only know this word this year.
