Attidue is a small thing that makes a big difference.

Individual effort is insignificant compared to a team succes.

Role of leader is

• delegating of task
• show good example
• organize a group
• good planning of wat you have to do
• learn to motivate the group
• able to give instructions
• learn how to make decisions

there's no failure. only feedback.

Coming together is a beginning, Keeping together is a progress, Working together is success.

There's no I in a team. Together everyone acheives more.
