tomoro netball trainin again. so gotta conserve energy now. ran 2.4km yesterday. timin was... 12.16secs. not bad le la. haha. den netball trainin yesterday we did 100 sit ups and push ups. pro rite? hehes. got some ulcer on my mouth. so now the whole thing like swollen. wonder when the thing will get betta.
